What a gem. The food was excellent. The service was attentive and outstanding. Not only am I a food snob, I am celiac and need careful food prep. I have other sensitivities as well. The chef adjusted my meal and whereas I often still feel affected by eating out, I absolutely feel great. This is THE fine dining spot to try when in Lethbridge. AND... they have a gluten and dairy free dessert... this means I have to come back. No more sorbet or fruit cup for me

Really appreciate the Chef coming down on table and helping us fix the steak well done properly for us. Loved the feature soup & Pasta. Also they gave a dessert on house for a good hospitality.

Ive been to a fair amount of fine dining restaurants and I can honestly say this might have been the best food I've ever had. It's extremely clear that creativity, passion and love went into these dishes and they've been developed to absolute perfection. Every ingredient went perfectly together, everything tasted incredible. Portion sizes were excellent and the presentation was beautiful. We spent roughly 160 for an appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and 2 desserts. All in all, I highly reccomend this place for a special treat!

My boyfriend took me here for our anniversary date. The food takes a while, but my god, what food it is. From the first nibble you are taken on a magnificent adventure of taste. Your tastebuds explode with awe and anticipation of further bites. Each ingredient married lovingly to others, creating relationships you've not though possible. The depths of taste never imagined, you wish your stomach never become full so you can keep ingesting this food of the gods. I had the duck with cauliflower pure; the experience was pure bliss.

This phenomenal restaurant (understatement) takes quality and excellence to the next level; from mouthwatering l’entree to plat principal, dessert and tailor cocktails. The restaurant itself is cozy and stylish, and high end with its unobtrusive service and great selection of drinks and food. The bone marrow, caramelized brulee and served with a sweet garlic aioli is top, as is the fettuccini and the other plates ordered. The cocktails were strong and the food unbelievable. It’s worth going in a group or solo- Do book in advance on weekends as they may fill up quite quickly. The chef cake out to speak with my friend; and he is a master chef, in my opinion. Definitely an incredible jewel. I’m looking forward to going again.

We came to Bourbon and Butter for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! From the service to the food, everything was exceptional. Our waiter Donny had excellent knowledge about the menu and was wonderful all around. The drinks were phenomenal, I had the Leviathan and will be back for more. Food was perfection! Especially the, scallops, house made focaccia and Earl Grey butter *Chefs kiss* Go check this place out even if you just want to go for a quick cocktail or appetizer! Nothing on the menu will disappoint.

Loved this tiny gem . It was difficult to get an earlier reservation short notice, so we booked for 8:30 on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was cozy, especially because it was snowing hard outside. My husband had the mussels, which were fabulous. Hubby had prime rib with a yorkshire pudding and mashed potatoes. I had pork schnitzel which came with beetroot and fennel, a combination I had never had before. So goid Dessert was some sort of chocolate orange plate full of deliciousness . Pricey, but worth the money if you are looking for a special evening out. It was lovely that the owner and his wife were both chatty and making sure that we enjoyed our food and the experience.

WOW! An amazing dinner, we had two teens with us and they loved it too! All 4 of us loved the food. The Chef came out and chatted with us and his first question was to the kids! They loved it and felt very important! Beautiful atmosphere with incredible art by local artists on the wall. Oh and the cheesecake was the absolute most amazing cheesecake we had ever had! We will be back!
